Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including original packaging, case, and accessories.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
